Jeremy's Pheasant Bake

Pheasant breasts
Apples
Potatoes
Asparagus

Marinate Peasant  in Red Wine
Spray Cookie sheet with Pam
Slice Apples,
Cut  Potatoes & asparagus into chunks
Spread on cookie sheet
Season with Johnnie's seasoning , Garlic powder & basil
Spray with Pam again
Place Pheasant on top
Cover with  foil
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turn pheasant & bake covered for another 1/2 hour
