4 Pheasant Breasts
(1) Jar Peach Mango Salsa
(1) Jar Chipotle Salsa
Chopped Green Onion
Lay Pheasant breasts in slow cooker, pour both jars of salsa over the breasts to cover, squeeze lime & add juice to mixture.
Cook on lowest setting over night, or for about 12 hours
Remove breast from the sauce, shred , then put back into salsa.
Build Taco's with the remaining ingredients
