Alice's Pheasant Noodle Soup
Pheasant meat, I usually use stripped leg/thighs
( I either cook them in the oven covered in Dutch Oven or in broth on top of the stove)
1/2 Onion Chopped
3 stalks of Celery Chopped
3 large Carrots Chopped
Butter or Oil
2 large can chicken Broth ( or the broth from cooking the pheasant legs)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
Costco Egg Noodles
Crushed Red pepper
Rosemary Garlic Blend

Saute ... onions, celery & carrots in butter or oil
Add ... broth, bouillon, cream of celery soup , pheasant meat, crushed red pepper, rosemary garlic blend
Add ... Egg Noodles
Cook until noodles are done to your taste
Season with Salt & Pepper to your taste
